After a 20-year career as a communications consultant with Mercer Human Resources, Wayne Carroll founded WC Consulting, LLC in 2001 and he provides independent communications consulting to his clients.

Wayne is a native of Louisville, graduated from the University of Louisville and attained his CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) designation in 1988. He was 2011 President of the Louisville Chapter of the International Society of CEBS, and he is an active member of the Fern Creek Chamber of Commerce.

Wayne helps his clients improve the quality, creativity and effectiveness of their communications. He brings a thorough understanding of print and production and a big dose of creativity to every project.
