After a 20-year career as a communications consultant with Mercer Human Resources, Wayne Carroll founded WC Consulting, LLC in 2001 and he serves as an independent communications consultant for his clients.

A native of Louisville and graduate of the University of Louisville, Wayne attained his CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) designation in 1988. He is an active member and has served in various leadership roles in the Louisville Chapter of the International Society of CEBS and the Louisville Employee Benefits Council.

Wayne helps his clients produce annual Total Compensation Statements (“benefit statements”), enrollment materials and other specialty communications involving personal data. He facilitates creative design, copywriting, production and fulfillment for a variety of other projects. Many years of experience in the printing industry give Wayne a thorough understanding of print and production, which helps him efficiently and creatively manage his clients’ projects.
